Our Beer
We hand-craft our ales on site using only the finest barley malt and hops. We use custom built equipment and modern brewing techniques. Our commitment to our craft guarantees that every beer served will be fresh and distinctive with a character all its own.

Two River's Light

Our lightest ale is brewed with a special blend of domestic two-row malt and soft white summer wheat malt. Light, crisp and refreshing, Two Rivers Light is a great introduction to craft beer or an alternative for that friend who enjoys light domestics.

Capital Raspberry Wheat

Got fruit? Brewed like a Hefeweizen, with plenty of soft white wheat and a distinctive strain of Hefeweizen yeast and balanced with Zeus and Mt. Hood hops, we flavor this beer with an all natural raspberry essence for a pleasant fruit flavor and aroma. This ale makes an excellent summer quaffer.

Kalpan Hat Hefeweisen

A classic German wheat ale, our Hefeweizen is crafted with roughly a 50-50 blend of domestic two-row barley and wheat malts then sweetened with a pinch of Belgian Caramel malt. Lightly hopped with American and European varieties, this light bodied, hazy golden ale is fermented with a yeast strain that produces citrus, banana and clove notes.

Topping Pale Ale

Our Topping Pale Ale is styled after the classic English pales, but with a little American influence.Galena hops give this beer a slightly grassy flavor not typically found in traditional pales. Topping Pale Ale has a copper color, a lively hop aroma and a satisfyingly bitter finish.

If you like hops, then this is your beer. Our West Coast style India Pale Ale is brewed with huge doses of Amarillo, Galena and Cascade hops (almost 20 pounds total.) A citrus, grapefruit, floral, (bronze-colored)beauty, with a pallet whomping 80 IBU (International Bittering Units), this ale is highly recommended by the brewer.

Pointer Brown Ale
|
This ale is medium bodied and full of malty goodness. Specially selected two-row and imported European specialty malts produce a complex malt profile. Styled after English browns (think Newcastle), Pointer is the answer if you like your beer without a great deal of sweetness or bitterness. With a clean finish, this beer is great anytime of the year.

Blackhawk Stout

Foreign style Stouts are moderately strong stouts that were originally designed to survive sea voyages necessary to export to foreign markets. Our Blackhawk Stout is a fine rendition of this style of stout. Dark, roasty, chocolate, but not heavy, with six different malts, plus a dose of oatmeal make for a dark, full bodied, satisfying ale.
