Valentine's Weekend at CABCo

Take your sweetheart out to a phenomenal dinner at the brewpub this weekend!  In addition to our regular offerings, Chefs Neil Stone & Shelly Wenzel have whipped up a special Valentine's dinner menu, which we will feature Friday, February 12th - Sunday, February 14th, see below!

Appetizer:
Grilled garlic & parmesan oysters


Salad:
Spinach salad with cranberries, pecans, & asiago cheese in an orange vinaigrette


Entrees: 
Braised veal shank with merlot demi, collard greens, & soft polenta
Seared cod over quinoa & vegetables with lemon aioli


Dessert:
Strawberry beignets with chocolate ganache


Speciality Cocktail: Pom Royale
Strawberry vodka, raspberry schnapps, & pomegranate juice topped with champagne
