A question for everyone - if an Oktoberfest is served in August, is it still called an Oktoberfest? Not sure? Neither are we. Better think about it over a beer!
This Saturday, August 11th in celebration of our recent brewing of this year's Oktoberfest, we're releasing the cellared version of our Oktoberfest from last year's harvest season! A beer traditionally fermented and stored in cool temperatures, we thought we'd see what happened if we extended the cold-conditioning process. The result - a rich, deep malt flavor that's endlessly smooth. You could even pair it with our Spent Grain Pretzels - we hear pretzels and beer really like each other!
