We've got something truly special on the docket for this Saturday's beer - extremely limited in quantity and impossible to recreate! We're calling it the 307 Series 1.1 (one point one), a variation on that recently released New England-style IPA (NEIPA).
What makes it different? We fermented 5 gallons of the 307 Series No. 001 with a different yeast strain and dry-hopped it with Cascade and Tahoma hops from Buck Creek Hops, an Iowa hop farm! The result: a hazier NEIPA with a pronounced spicy citrus hop character, accented with a mild fruitiness from the Kölsch yeast. In short - it's real good ya'll, and the 5 gallons is all we got. It's gonna be gone QUICK, so hop on down tomorrow and get some!
See you Saturday!
